SHIPPING POLICY

At Moments in Action, we offer several delivery options to best serve our customers. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Local Drop-Off / Meeting Place Pickup

We offer local drop-off at a designated meeting place for select orders.

Important details:

  • Drop-off location, date, and time will be communicated and agreed upon in advance

  • Customers must arrive on time at the scheduled meeting place

  • Missed pickups may require rescheduling or shipping at the customer’s expense

  • Once the item is delivered at the agreed meeting place, the order is considered fulfilled

 

Local drop-off availability is based on location, order size, and scheduling.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders based on a flat rate using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, FedEx, and other reputable shipping carriers as needed. 

Processing Time

  • Orders typically process within 3–7 business days

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional production time

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

 

You will be notified once your order has shipped or is ready for local drop-off.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times vary based on:

  • Shipping carrier selected (USPS or UPS)

  • Destination

  • Time of year and carrier volume

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of USPS or UPS.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by carrier errors

 

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

 

We will assist in filing a claim with USPS or UPS when applicable, but final resolution is subject to carrier policies.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by us

  • Local drop-off may be offered at no additional cost, depending on the order
