REFUND POLICY
At Moments in Action, we take pride in creating high-quality memorabilia and apparel. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Customized Items (Final Sale)
Items that are customized or personalized are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.
Customized items include, but are not limited to:

Personalized clothing (names, numbers, logos, colors)

Custom memorabilia
-
Made-to-order designs
-
Items created specifically to customer specifications
Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Non-Customized (Standard) Items
Non-customized items may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer:

A replacement at no additional cost or

A refund, at our discretion
Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for:

Spelling errors approved or submitted by the customer

Incorrect sizes selected

Incorrect images or files uploaded

Design choices approved by the customer
All customized items are produced exactly as approved or submitted.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we will attempt to stop production, but this is not guaranteed.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection (if applicable).
